Questions

The simple things people want to know.

How much does a catio cost?

Mini catios begin at $2,800, Standard builds begin at $4,500, and XL builds begin at $7,500. Walkways are priced from $350 per foot with a $1,200 minimum. The final quote depends on the actual site, access, route, and finish choices.

Can you work with renters?

Sometimes. The important thing is written permission from the owner or building when it is needed. We can discuss removable or lower-impact approaches after we see the space.

Do you build on fire escapes?

No. We do not quote catio installations on fire escapes.

What photos should I send?

Start with a wide photo of the whole space, the window or door your cat would use, any stairs or tight access, and a few angles that show the shape and nearby obstacles.
